A form of meditation for me is practicing my dancing and I LOVE teaching women how to do this too. I remember when my coach @lukasz.rogowski.94 first saw me dance he said “we need to fix your feet”...Now I’ll practice footwork all day until I get a blister...which I did.

Practice what you teach. I forgot that practicing CHA CHA only using the core is better than the treadmill or the stair stepper...and in heels.

***Signing up online: you will need to decide if you’re a lead or follow. We will not be able to switch partners like we used to, therefore it is extremely important to have an even number of leads versus follows. As we see an even amount has signed up, we can allow for more slots to open up. If you are a follow, we strongly suggest finding a lead to sign up with you. There is a capacity so don’t wait to the last minute to sign up...do it now!!
We do take procedures regarding COVID-19 VERY seriously. Show up a few minutes early as you will need to fill out a form, get a temperature check, use hand sanitizers and you MUST WEAR A MASK. Also, we feel the need to say if you think you’ve been in contact with someone that has (or recently had) COVID, please use discretion, stay at home and don’t risk everyone’s safety. We can add fun back into our lives as long as we don’t risk infection to all involved.
Lets take one week at a time and be responsible during these interesting times. We look forward to seeing your faces, smiles and laughter.

Happy Monday! This is an update to let everyone know we WILL NOT be holding our Pumpkin Carving before the group classes but WE WILL be holding our Group Classes on Tuesday, October 27 at 6:30pm and 7:15pm. LETS LEARN AND HAVE SOME FUN!!
IMPORTANT NOTE:
In addition to our regular COVID procedures, keep in mind you will be asked if you have been to a public event within the last 14 days in which people were not wearing masks.

We are looking for female and male instructors with a gift for teaching and a passion for Ballroom dancing that work well with a team. We pay 40% of all lessons taught.

2021 is going to be an amazing year full of new beginnings...at least that’s what my horoscope says. It was a pleasure bringing in the new year with a familiar friend...Mr. Aldo himself @livesinwonderland87 He charmed everyone in the place and told stories while we danced which is to be expected as we all know one of his gifts is; entertaining the crowd. I was his graceful sidekick. Thank you Aldo for bringing the magic I knew you would to the end of an unexpected year.
Also a special shout out to Derick and Diana Ondra @derickondra whom have not only been students of MBDS from the very beginning but also a fabulous addition to the evening. I saw them and instantly ran to hug them. Thank you both for blessing us with your presence.
