Well we have adopted an orphan from our goose family. This little guy hatched after his family left the nest. He has adapted well to farm life at the Morleys. We almost had him adopted out to a goose family on our pond but after a couple hours the mom rejected him. Our youngest daughter has nursed him from a dehydrated weak, not able to walk or lift his head newborn to a strong loud and busy gosling! Luckily we have 2 ponds he can grow up on and ducks and chickens to teach him how to be a bird. Lol

Our office is an official drop off location for TOYS for TOTS this year! With only 43 days until Christmas, the mission is to help bring hope and joy this Christmas to those less fortunate. Modern Dental would love to have your help getting the word out! We feel this Christmas we really need to pull together as a community and help bring a smile to as many little faces as possible!
Here is what we are doing to keep you safe:
• Screening. Everyone goes through COVID-19 symptom screening and has their temperature taken before they are seen for treatment
• Masking. Anyone entering our office is required to wear a mask. Please be sure to bring a mask with you to your appointment; you will be asked to wear one any time you’re not in a dental chair.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Our teams are utilizing additional PPE, lab coats, washed by an osha approved facility, face shields/protective eyewear, higher-level masks, gloves, and specialized products and equipment to control aerosols.
• Aerosol-decrease devices. We have implemented the use of special devices that reduce the particles produced during hygiene cleanings and other procedures.
• Social distancing. Our waiting room has been rearranged and our office has modified the check-in process to minimize contact.
• Cleaning. In addition to standard infection control protocols, we have enhanced our cleaning practices, especially in our waiting room, bathroom, and high-touch surfaces like pens and iPads.
• Removal of nonessential items. We have removed nonessential items from our waiting room and operatories to mitigate surfaces for germ accumulation.
• Reduced traffic. Appointment times are staggered to reduce traffic. We are requesting that adult patients arrive unaccompanied and minors are accompanied by only one guardian.
