In August 2020, Modular Concepts, Inc. completed a Secure Modular Office located in Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.
The facility consists of 4,950 square feet meeting ICD 705 accreditation requirements.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT:
In November 2020, Modular Concepts, Inc. completed the Fort Bliss Firing Range project comprised of a modular training facility totaling 1,137 SF, a 20’ x 30’ metal storage building with concrete floor; and a 50-yard qualifying range and target system.
Additionally, MCI completed the infrastructure of this project, to include clearing and grubbing, underground utilities, septic and leach field, water storage tank, parking area, flagpole, and gate.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT:
In December 2020, Modular Concepts, Inc. completed the design, manufacturing, and installation of the AFSAT Modular Building Lease project comprised of modular office facility totaling 9,405 SF.
MCI is also providing the maintenance of this building.
The facility will accommodate AFSAT personnel to meet the increasing demand for international training.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT:
In early March 2021, Modular Concepts, Inc. completed the Goodfellow AFB Ground Cover Fire Trainer (GCFT) project.
The building is made up of three 24X40 Conex Containers totaling 2,880 SF and will be used as a classroom/observation area.
The floorplan offers two training rooms, hallway, and a storage room.
Additionally, Modular Concepts, Inc. provided all personnel, equipment, tools, material, transportation, labor, and supervision required to build an approximate 600-foot unimproved compacted caliche road and extend electrical and water system.
