During his fellowship, Dr. Saad had the privilege of working with the Detroit Tigers, Detroit Red Wings, and the Detroit Pistons. While in his residency and fellowship, Dr. Saad learned and refined his techniques for arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgeries for the shoulder, hip, knee, and elbow. He also has advanced training in shoulder and knee replacement surgeries.
