Even though many feel retail stores are along way off in recovering professional retail services will be moving forward and going strong. These companies will want efficient compact spaces that streamline workflow, public access and in many cases like this free standing Charles Schwab building convey an uplifting successful corporate image. @mojostumer has successfully completed all these requirements in this new building.

Looking back on some of our projects to post this fall Sunday I came across one of my all time favorites. This is the modern loft style interior in a contemporary Palm Beach home we designed years ago. I always loved it’s simplistic and minimalist aesthetic while maintaining a high level of elegance. This is what we do at @mojostumer. And we love it!!

For TBT here is a modern penthouse apartment in Manhattan that we completed almost 20 years ago. It truly proves that quality, well thought out, detailed design can be timeless. It looks as good today as it did 20 years ago. Take a look and let us know what you think.
Montauk has always had a special place in my heart. I spend some amazing summers there and was very influenced by its amazing simple beach architecture. We have finally gotten the opportunity to add to the Montauk landscape with this amazing new home. Check out the amazing outdoor living space in and around the pool.

Check out how we elevated this modern open kitchen to overlook and interact with the breakfast banquet and family den/ work area. It also improves the view from kitchen to the beach and ocean. Great example of open kitchen living in a modern style apartment.
If we can’t experience architecture in the flesh we we live it through the art of photography. The dynamic of a great photo can convey a lot of the intent of the architect. As we showcase our new Hamptons home the staircase entry hall and corridors are next on our list. Check out the way the staircase floats off the wall and the railing details. An interesting and fun project @mojostumer recently completed is this Manhattan town house tucked away on a very residential street. It was challenging to express our aesthetic on a city residential building but we eventually began to see it is in reality a free standing private home in the middle of a city block. Once we settled on that the rest was easy. Take a look at the results and details. It is a @mojostumer home.
I can’t believe it’s over 12 years since we designed this modern renovation to an existing East Hamptons ranch home. On Monday we will begin a new renovation to add an addition to it. It’s very exciting and a privilege for @mojostumer to have the opportunity to revisit and update the house again. Can we assume they liked the first go around??
One of the homes we designed in Palm Beach Florida was recently sold . Designed over 20 years ago our clients enjoyed many good years there. It’s still a great house which has stood the test of time. Good luck to the new owners we wish them only the best in their @mojostumer designed home.

Since we design our own kitchens on most of our residences we are always looking to develop new ideas for how the basic cabinet functions. Here is a new cabinetry concept that we designed with glass and metal flip up doors and clear starlight wire glass. Looks great, very functional and of course creative.
Staircases are the opportunity for architects to be true sculptures. It’s a stand alone design element that can become a focal point and showcase for the entire project. @mojostumer always welcomes the opportunity to be a sculptor. Take a look at our art.
