Original Strawberry
An ice cream shop classic! We use Washington-grown strawberries to make this flavor, with chunks of real strawberries and a touch of organic vanilla extract.
Vanilla Bean
Our rich, creamy vanilla ice cream gets its flavor from organic, fair trade vanilla extract flecked with tiny bits of organic vanilla bean.
Earl Grey
Coffee ice cream is a staple, so why not tea ice cream?! We use organic and fair trade Earl Grey tea, steeped overnight in our sweet cream & milk.
Maple Walnut
We use organic maple extract to make a smooth maple ice cream base, and then fold in California-grown, organic walnuts.
‘Scout’ Mint
Every year we buy thousands of Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies directly from local scouts! The cookies get crushed and folded into mint ice cream made with extract from Washington-grown organic peppermint.
Stumptown Coffee
A sweet cappuccino taste in your cone! We use locally roasted, organic & fair trade Stumptown Coffee beans to cold infuse our sweet cream & milk with their bold, smooth flavor.
Honey Lavender
Inspired by the flavors of the Pacific Northwest, we use locally harvested wild honey and bits of organic lavender from Sequim, on the Olympic Peninsula.
Salted Caramel
Our salted caramel dares to be saltier than all the others! We use kosher sea salt and homemade caramel, made from organic, local cream and butter and non-GMO cane sugar.
Melted Chocolate
Most chocolate ice creams are made using cocoa powder, but we use 70% dark, organic, fair trade Theo Chocolate. We melt the chocolate bars using a hot mixture of cream, milk and sugar and the result is a dense, extra fudgy chocolate ice cream unlike any other.
Cookie Dough
Paying homage to Hillary Rodham Clinton's award winning cookie recipe, this sweetand spicy ice cream has notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar. It's also filled with cookie dough chunks made with old fashioned rolled oats and Theo Chocolate pieces!
Seasonal
Strawberry Shortcake
We’re in our third month of celebrating with cake for Molly Moon’s 10 year birthday! This time, we’re bringing back one of last year’s favorite flavors, strawberry shortcake. We cook down mountains of organic Viva Farms strawberries into a thick jam to swirl into our sweet cream ice cream. Then we sprinkle in our homemade buttery shortbread scones.
Cherry Chunk
One of our summer favorites is back! It's made with lots of fresh organic dark cherries from Alberg Farms and is speckled with organic and fair trade dark chocolate Theo Chocolate chunks. Owner, Dave Alberg, planted his cherry trees with his father back in 1970, on 20 acres of land near Royal City, Washington.
Vegan Cherry Chunk
This dairy-free version of our beloved Cherry Chunk is made with coconut milk so everyone can enjoy the taste of Summer in Washington! It's made with organic cherries from Alberg Farms and flecked with organic and fair trade dark chocolate Theo Chocolate chunks. It's 100% vegan and delicious! Try some with our vegan hardshell on top!
Arnold Palmer Sorbet
This refreshing sorbet is made with organic lemon juice from Columbia Gorge, and organic and fair trade breakfast tea from Mountain Rose Herbs. This flavor is what you need to keep you cool on our hottest Seattle days! Our culinary team steeps gallons of breakfast tea in each of our shops, and make lots of lemonade to spin in with it, making this lemony-sweet sorbet.
Sundaes
Molly's Favorite Sundae
Molly's Favorite Sundae is the perfect mix of salty and sweet - melted chocolate and salted caramel ice creams with hot fudge, candied hazelnuts, local, organic whipped cream and a Chukar Cherry.
Cherry Buzz Sundae
Our July sundae showcases Alberg Farm's organic cherries by starting with our cherry chunk ice cream and topping it off with a homemade dark cherry compote. We then sprinkle it all with a house-baked crunchy coffee streusel and finish it with our fresh whipped cream and a cherry!
Toppings
Hot Fudge
Our homemade hot fudge makes every flavor richer and more crave-worthy! Made in house with local cream, local/organic butter and organic/fair trade cocoa powder.
Vegan Chocolate Hard Shell
The perfect topping for our all of our ice creams. Made with Theo organic and fair-trade 70% dark chocolate, organic coconut oil, sugar, and cream of tartar.
Vanilla Bean Caramel
Such an ice cream shop classic! We make our vanilla bean caramel with local cream, local/organic butter and, of course, organic vanilla bean.
Balsamic Reduction
Our homemade balsamic reduction, made with Washington honey balsamic vinegar and organic Italian balsamic vinegar cooked down with sugar.
Organic Sprinkles

Thin Mint Crumble
Need a little extra Girl Scout goodness? Every year we buy almost 200,000 Thin Mint cookies directly from local scouts. Most the cookies go into our Scout Mint ice cream, but we always save some to make this topping!
Chukar Cherries
Local company Chukar Cherries, which can be found in the Pike Place Market, makes these delicious preserved sour cherries with Washington fruit grown in Yakima Valley.
Candied Hazelnuts
Our ice cream makers candy these heirloom DuChilly hazelnuts in house. The nuts come from family-run Holmquist Hazelnut Orchard in Lynden, Washington.
Cajeta Caramel Sauce
A Mexican-style caramel sauce that we make by caramelizing goat milk with Pacific Northwest honey.
Heirloom Walnuts
These California-grown, organic walnuts add a little crunch and earthiness, perfect with vanilla bean ice cream and hot fudge.
