This week’s staff member of the week is Carlos!
Carlos is our Lead Concierge and has been with Moment for three and a half years.
His favorite parts about working for Moment are getting to interact with residents and their pets. He says while his job is to greet residents, he finds that Moment residents actually go out of their way to greet and get to know him as well! He says it has also been a pleasure to watch children grow up at Moment over the years.
A fun fact about Carlos is that he likes to play video games and enjoys Sci-Fi and Anime!

RESIDENT OF THE WEEK: Stephanie Assad
Stephanie has lived here at Moment for just under two years with her two precious rescue pups!
She says her favorite things about living at Moment are how pet friendly it is (we love our furry residents!), the amenities and views, and our staff! She has met some of her closest friends through our group fitness classes we offered pre-COVID.
She loves living in Streeterville because of how close it is to the lakefront trail, Navy Pier, the riverwalk and Michigan Avenue! Her office is also only a short walk from Moment as well.
Her favorite local restaurant is a tie between @d4irishpub and @laventinochicago and a fun fact about her is that she and her fiance moved to Chicago knowing no one, but decided to take the leap after they fell in love with the city years ago!

Dejah has been a part of the Moment concierge team for two and a half years.
Her favorite things about working for Moment are the residents and staff. She says Moment is such a positive place to be and she loves being able to build relationships with residents and their pets! She loves coming to work every day because everyone is so welcoming.
A fun fact about Dejah is that she spends her time outside of work exploring new hobbies and career ventures like photography, bartending, cosmetology, and leasing. She says she also has an interest in getting into the medical field as well.

Samantha has been a Moment resident for 10 months and her favorite things about living here are getting to relax in our indoor/outdoor hot tub and enjoying our rooftop pool in the Summer!
Samantha loves living in Streeterville because it's so close to the water, shopping and so many great restaurants! Her favorites being @carsonsribs and @robertspizzaco .
She also loves going for runs along the Riverwalk and shopping on Michigan Ave which are both only a few blocks from Moment.
A fun fact about Samantha is that she met her husband while on vacation in Alaska!
