Greg Monashefsky specializes in the areas of domestic relations and family law since 1989. In addition to this emphasis, his practice includes civil litigation, criminal defense, will & estate, and real estate law. He has been practicing collaborative family law since its inception in October 2004 and continues to aid in the proliferation of collaborative family law as a viable and integral form of alternative dispute resolution. Greg was the President of the Central New York Collaborative Family Law Professionals from 2008 through 2009 and continues to serve on the Board of Directors as secretary. As an inaugural member of the Board of Directors and class of attorneys certified to practice collaborate family dispute resolution in the Central New York area, Greg feels that collaboration is a pragmatic, private, and cost-effective means to resolve matrimonial and family law issues.
