Friends, if you're still without power and you use wood to heat your home, Timber Unity, Seneca Saw Mills, and Mike Pihl Logging are working to bring wood into the Metro area to help their urban neighbors.
This is in Woodburn at the Love, Inc building, a nonprofit warming center at 1560 Hardcastle. It's free, take what you need to tide you over. And if you have an elderly or disabled neighbor and can pick up for them, think of how to help them as well.
Clackamas will be getting a load this afternoon, location to be determined.
