Moneytree’s response to COVID-19
The safety, health and the well-being of our Customers and Team Members are our top priorities, and we are committed to keeping you informed about what we’re doing during this unprecedented time. Here’s what you can expect when visiting a Moneytree Branch:
· Team Members frequently clean every Branch, especially high-touch surfaces like countertops and door handles;
· Hand sanitizer stations are available in lobbies (as supplies are available);
· Protective glass separates Customers and Tellers while conducting transactions;
· Team Members are encouraged to wear protective equipment, like face coverings;
· Team Members are instructed to stay home if they feel ill;
· To help maintain social distancing, we request that Customers only enter a Branch if personally conducting a transaction, or are assisting another Customer with a transaction;
· For the safety of other Customers and our Team Members, we request that you do not enter a Branch if you feel ill.
