To all of our valued patients:
We are excited to announce that we will be reopening the office beginning June 8th. We have been thinking about you and you and hope that you and your family are safe and healthy. Our community has been through a lot over the past few months, and all of us are ready to start our normal routines again. We ask that during this time, that you please be patient as we are working to reschedule all of our patients that have been previously been cancelled. We will do our best to get our patients in as soon as possible.
As we welcome you back to our office, we want to reassure you that while many things have changed, our commitment to your safety has remained the same. Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable.
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and team members. For example:
• Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask
some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
• We have hand sanitizer that is available in the reception area as well as other places throughout the office for you to use as needed.
• You will see that our reception area will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
• We will ask you to wait in your car instead of the reception area, and to call or text when you arrive for your appointment.
• We also ask that you come in to the office alone. If necessary, one caregiver or family member may come in with the patient.
• We will take your temperature before your appointment.
• You may see that all of our team members, including the front office team, are wearing masks.
• We ask that everyone who enters the office wear a face covering or a mask.
• There may be other changes as we try to keep social distancing to six feet.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at (734)241-6550 or visit our website at monroefamilydentistry.net.
Thank you for your understanding. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to seeing you soon.
Sincerely,
Monroe Family Dentistry
