Montecito Meditation Class’ are designed to be between 35 to 45 minutes. Each class will begin with a brief discussion and some tips to help for a successful meditation. Part of meditation is not to have a worry, to support this balance, all classes begin and end on time. Our studio is designed to be calm and quite, and to enhance your mind space. Every element has been designed to allow your mind to focus on what is most important: you! You will find cushions, back-jacks and chairs available for each attendee. Just bring yourself and a willingness to try, we are sure you will walk away with a more balanced, clear focus for your day, and week.
