Jr. Coach spotlight on Coach Balazs Nagy... Balazs has a more than impressive skating resume, most recently a junior pair champion, and final pair champion in 2020. In the year 2019, he was a ISU Grand Prix Silver Medalist and U.S Junior Silver Medalist. Balazs is currently a Team U.S.A Athlete and his partner is Kate. We are lucky to have you on our staff!

Pretty good day for some old time hockey! It was 10 degrees with snow coming down when we arrived at Monument Ice Rinks for Emmett Smith and Colorado Rampage Hockey 14U Navy to take on the other undefeated team in the league. Rampage came out strong and scored 3 in the 1st period, and held on for the shutout victory. With checking and body contact now a part of the game, it was the most physical, real deal hockey I think I’ve seen him play. Now they’re the only undefeated team in the league. #OldTimeHockey #ShortPants

Huge improvement for our facility management!
This is the north side of our building. By controlling the slope and asphalt surface texture, it will help us manage the melt water runoff from snow and Zamboni dumps after ice resurfacing.
Continuous improvement
Paving work underway in an area of the rink most people never see. We are creating a safe route between the rinks for our Zambonis to travel - protecting these assets so that we can provide the best ice possible for our members. Continuous improvement on and off the ice - important for our skaters, and our facility!
