Science tells us that we live in a ocean of vibration, and that everything that vibrates produces a sound and energy. The human body is composed of vibration and energy, and in Traditional Chinese Medicine every organ, bones, and tendons, and tissue carries a symphony of sound and resonance. Sound healing meditation is a practice of using mantra and sound frequencies as an efficient and effective way to restore balance in the physical body and nervous system. Meditation alone is very peaceful and calming, and when you add in sound waves and intention, it enhances a deep state of relaxation response.
Kimberlee has a new CD recording published called Beloved Om: Meditation Chants by Kimberlee.
