Job Description: To be the best part of our patient’s day. You will either have previous orthodontic assisting experience and have an amazing personality or have an amazing, moldable personality that is hungry for a new, exciting career. This field is highly addicting! We are teeth nerds!! You will learn all facets of clinical skills needed to be the eyes and hands of our doctors, carrying out their directions to do what we do best-create stunning smiles and raving fans.
We work hard; never sacrificing patient satisfaction or result. We have a Whatever It Takes philosophy; sometimes that means working through lunch, flexing like Stretch Armstrong, or staying late, but never cutting corners.

Job Requirements: Team player. Positive attitude. Detail oriented!! High engagement level. (We are a close knit group with zero turn over!) Must have excellent verbal skills and be polished- no wrinkled clothes or messy buns. We are looking for someone with an exuberant personality that can multitask. Paid weekend marketing events are necessary two or three times per year. One day per week in our Palm Coast office will be necessary. Should you be chosen for an interview, a Wonderlic test will be given.
