April served four years active duty in the Army. She was a medic assigned to 41st Engineer Battalion, deployed overseas to Afghanistan in 2003 and was tasked to clear landmines.
Missy served four yeas active duty in the Marine Corps as a military police officer and 911 dispatcher, was given the opportunity to be the Commanding Officer's driver, and traveled to 5 different states during her service.
