**IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE**
- In an effort to try to keep our clients & our staff safe, we are limiting the number of people in the lobby to one at a time.
- If you are here to pick up a prescription, or food for your pet, please knock on the door, or call the clinic from your cell. We will instruct you to enter at that time, or we will ask you to wait a moment, while the lobby is cleared.
- If you are here for an appointment, please call us from the comfort of your vehicle, and we will instruct you when to come into the lobby.
- IMPORTANT: We would also ask that you call in your medication and/or food orders 24 hours in advance, and when able, to pay for them over the phone. We are also asking that you purchase enough medication for at least a month and no more than 3 months if you can. At this time we have no reason to believe that supplies would be affected, but as you know, these are uncertain times.
MRVC is here to support and serve you to the best of our ability for as long as we are able. Please continue to check here on Facebook or our website for updates.
We appreciate your patience, and we thank you for your cooperation at this vulnerable time.
Sincerely,
The Doctors and Staff
While MRVC remains open for appointments for all established clientele, we are not accepting calls from new clientele at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and regret our inability to serve you and your pet. This policy is temporary, and we encourage you to check Facebook and Google for continual updates. Thank you.
While the CDC states there's no significant evidence that CV19 can be passed from you to Fido, we still have to exercise caution - especially when at the dog park or out on walks. Read the latest:

CDC extends social distancing guidelines to include pets
"At this time, there is no evidence that animals play a significant role in spreading the virus that causes COVID-19." Continue to practice your healthy habits around animals the same as you would around humans, but remember: your risk of contracting the virus from an animal or giving it to an animal remains very low. Contact us via phone if you have questions about your pet's health.

Another reminder from your friendly MRVC doctors and staff:
Please remember to knock on the door or call the clinic from your cell phone BEFORE entering the clinic. This is for your safety and the safety of our staff; we are working to limit the number of people in the lobby to one at a time. We have posted the sign on our main door but are having to ask many folks to go back and wait before entering, which is causing service interruptions. Remember: knock or call before you walk in!
See our note below about medication and food orders. Quick summary: Please call 24 hours in advance and, if possible, we ask that you pay over the phone. Our notes above still pertain when picking up orders.
We appreciate you working with us as we all adjust to new ways of working and living. We are still here and ready to serve and support you!
