Have you even been to the south if you haven’t had a deviled egg? 😋 Our favorite recipe is:
1. Boil eggs for about 10 minutes
2. Remove from heat and peel eggs under COLD running water (the shells will fall right off!)
3. Slice in half and gently remove yolks
4. Mix with relish, mustard, salt, pepper, and @dukes_mayonnaise
5. Spoon back into eggs and top with a dash of paprika
6. Enjoy! And sharing with others isn’t mandatory, only recommended 😉

We had THE BEST time during our cooking class learning to make Greek Lemon Chicken (and Tofu)! We also made greek salads and baklava. We try every year during our staff retreat to test out the activities we are pitching to clients, and this year we give it an A+! We felt safe, and left very full!
