Hey Monday! How was your weekend?! Yup. Too fast, I hear ya! Well we whipped up a couple good un’s for y’all here in Buda, Texas.
First is our new OCD (obligatory chicken dinner), Creole Cordon Bleu.
Airline chicken breast Over Dos Lunas Artisan Cheese bleu cheese crema and smoked Gouda grits, with grilled asparagus. ‘Tis tasty folks!
And for the DD for this evening in the Buda Mill & Grain Co. Is blackened mahi over wild mushroom risotto and blanketed with a saffron butter.
We also want to take a quick second and shout out to Sally Moser (Moser Family & Cosmetic Dentistry) as she has been a huge fan, advocate and guest of mud bugs since we first opened our doors! We love you and Mike and thank you for all those that you’ve brought with you, for just being really great friends and awesome human beings! See ya Friday!
