WOW. Thank you, Mary for the amazing review!! Getting you back to where you want to be in your fitness journey is one thing. But hearing your time with us helped improve daily life with the kiddos is what we’re all about! You crushed your PT program and we will miss seeing you! • • • I came to Motive for back pain aggravated by lifting workouts and it was affecting my daily life with my kids. John was very knowledgeable about my injury and also the type of movements I was eager to get back to doing pain free. He worked to help me stabilize my back and start squatting and deadlifting without pain. I am so happy with my experience at Motive. John and all the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was always positive. I definitely recommend Motive to all of my friends and family regardless of the injury or activity level. Thank you! - Mary”
“I had to give up a lot of what I loved doing due to chronic injuries from hyper mobility. I am able to dance again injury free (a little soreness while building back up my stamina) and feel that I am becoming more and more informed on what is going on and how to continue a plan of action. Mark answers 100’s of questions every visit, and explains everything along the way. He is super knowledgeable but I feel he breaks everything down so I can understand too which is great. I feel that when I am finally done I will have better control over my diagnosis and will have the ability to manage myself which is LIFE CHANGING.” • • • Thank you for the kind words and review @laurynnelder !! We love when our patients want to get a better understanding of their injury and learn how to recover. Don’t worry, you can never ask too many questions! ☺️

Riley never missed an appointment. That type of dedication to his recovery played a huge role in his success! Way to go Riley! 👏🏼👏🏼

As active women in her 50’s who has participated in Triathlons and other endurance events, I have vast experience with Physical THerapy and other body/injury treatments. The individual attention to my treatment plan and depth of knowledge provided at Motive has renewed my confidence in Physical Therapy as a treatment option. John and Mark were thorough in their assessment of my injury and the treatment progress. They do not rush through the treatment and consistently offered their undivided attention. I never had to stop my training and was able to complete my cycling event as planned!”
