Coastal Plains RESA has announced the 2019 winners of the Young Georgia Authors for our region. These works are will be on display in the Valdosta Mall from April 8-14 or in the Tifton Mall from April 15-21. The CPRESA winning pieces have been submitted to the state for judging. The state winners will be announced in late April.
Colquitt County School System had two of the twelve winners. Lydia Bundy-1st grader from Doerun Elementary and Cade Purvis-4th grader from Sunset Elementary.

CCHS Packers Varsity tennis teams both finished second in the region this season. Both teams will both play host to Woodstock in the first round of state playoffs next Tuesday, April 16 at 2 pm at Packer Park.
