The residents in assisted living have been missing "Out to Lunch Bunch" so Jackie came up with "Drive Thru Thursday." Janet and Sally enjoyed the winter scenery at the Cleveland Metroparks - Big Creek Reservation and picked up Chopsticks Express for lunch!

Cicely Tyson, an award-winning actress who shattered stereotypes, passed away yesterday at the age of 96. In a career that spanned seven decades, she appeared in more than 100 film, television and stage roles – and at age 88, she became the oldest person to win a Tony for her 2013 revival of Horton Foote’s The Trip to Bountiful.

Mount Alverna Village is the recipient of a $25,000 grant from the Cleveland Foundation that will be used to continue keeping our residents and associates safe in our fight against COVID-19. The funds will be used to enhance our health and safety measures with the purchase of PPE, disinfecting supplies, thermometers and Accushields.
