In recent days the state of South Carolina and all of the US has encountered a viral pandemic, COVID-19, unlike anything our nation has seen before.
During this situation, we want to assure you that we are taking all of the necessary precautions and are going above and beyond to keep our customers, employees, and communities safe.
Your safety is our #1 objective.
Below is an infographic showing what our standard protocol is for protecting our customers and employees while we are on the job, but we knew that was not enough.
Here are the additional measures we are taking to protect you, your family, and our communities.
• Keep a 6-feet distance from customers and residents.
• Respectfully refrain from shaking hands.
• Avoid any and all direct contact with customers and residents.
• Implement proper health hygiene and safety procedures as communicated during the Health and Safety First training.
• Sanitize and disinfect tools, vehicles, and equipment as per the heightened health and safety protocols.
• Providing ongoing and reoccurring training and supporting communications for healthy hygiene, social distancing, and best practices as recommended by the CDC.
• Instituting additional cleaning protocols for all common areas in the workplace, vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Any employees who are or become unwell have been instructed to stay home out of an abundance of caution and to seek medical advice.
