Dear Patients and Friends,
We are excited and ready to reopen our office on Monday April 27th! We have missed seeing our patients and are excited to get you all back! We wanted to take this time to let you know some of the new safety measures that we will be taking within our office. These measures will be set in place to help with the safety of our patients and our staff during the current situation of COVID-19. Please be patient with us as we work through these changes and create an even more safe environment for each of us.
Beyond our staff screening each patient by phone to make sure you are healthy before visiting us, they will also be asked to check your temperatures upon arrival. We ask that you please do not bring extra family to the appointments so that we can accommodate social distancing. After being checked in, each patient will be asked to wash their hands and use a mouth rinse that contains peroxide. Peroxyl helps disinfect the mouth of viral and bacterial infection. Our staff will also be checking their temperatures each morning and will be wearing appropriate PPE throughout the day.
MountainView Dental has also chosen to add an Air Scrubber system to the office. The Air Scrubber introduces ActivePure Technology that combines high intensity UVC lighting with a state-of-the-art process that destroys over 99% of airborne and surface contaminants. This is our way of doing everything we can to rid our office of a wide variety of germs and allergens.
We are trying to do everything we can to provide the best dental care possible. We thank you for your trust and patience through such a hard time for all of us. We know that our community will be better and stronger because of it! We look forward to seeing everyone soon! 💗

Dear Patients and Friends,
Because of the current situation COVID-19 we recognize the seriousness of the health threat to our country and our community. We have determined the best way for us to do our part is to comply with all directions to minimize unnecessary social contact and help slow the spread of the virus as quickly as possible.
Both the American Dental Association as well as the Department of Health have instructed that:
Dentists should prioritize seeing only patients with dental emergencies defined as: "Dental care related to the relief of pain and management of infection."
As such, we are immediately reducing our work schedule for the next two weeks to comply with the existing mandates. All patients who are currently scheduled for hygiene or elective treatment will be contacted by our office in the weeks to be rescheduled. Our purpose over the next two weeks is to treat and prevent dental related problems that might otherwise lead patients to visit the emergency room. Which we need to make sure we avoid.
Please know that we are here to help you with a dental emergency! 💟 We will do everything we can to help you! However, all other needs will need to be postponed until further notice. We are so grateful for an amazing community and wonderful patients that we love! Thank you so much!
