We are no longer limited to only seeing urgent and emergent appointments although we are limiting our clinic to only 2 doctors in the office at a time to keep distance between our patients and staff. Optical will be open M-F 9am-5pm. Billers will remain available to answer billing questions over the phone M-F 9am-4pm. Additional precautions we are taking: -All patients and visitors are required to wear a face mask or cloth covering over their nose and mouth while in our office. -All of our staff are required to wear face masks and patient-facing staff are required to wear eye protection and face masks. -Patients and visitors are pre-screened and temperature checked before entering. -We are limiting the amount of patients and staff that are in our office at the same time to encourage social distancing. -Please stay home if you or someone in your household have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches/pains, sore throat, or decrease sense of taste/smell. -If you want or need someone to accompany you to your appointment, only one person will be permitted to accompany you. -We have temporarily removed waiting room toys and magazines. -We are no longer accepting cash payments. -We are disinfecting high-touch areas more often than usual.
