Mountain View Recovery Center is excited to announce we have expanded!!! We now offer 30 day inpatient residential care! Located in Colorado Springs. Residential care offers group and individual therapy in a family style setting with a max of 8 clients, which provides a intimate group setting. TV's are provided in each bedroom along with weekend activities.
Please react out if your struggling with addiction issues. Even if it's to ask questions. We are always here to help. The directors are in recovery themselves and know what it's like to be unsure if you want help, or maybe you are defeated and are ready for help. Either way we get it!

This is to remind you to be patient with yourself. Our head tells us we need to be all these places. It tells us we are not going to meet our deadlines. It holds this overwhelming feeling of failure and/or anxiety over us. When this happens, we can do one of two things. Either engage in anxiety, shut down or get angry. Or we can embrace patience for ourselves. We can remember to cut ourselves a break and be gentle. Most of our lives we’ve beaten ourselves up. Recovery is a journey to self-love. We can’t love ourselves if someone is constantly screaming at us – and that is our head! So please stop and be kind to you! Why? BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT, YOUR WORTH IT, YOUR VAILD !
