We do not work with Doordash, you can use their app/website to place an order with us, but we do not have a contract/ agreement with them. When you place your order on Doordash it does not come directly to us, we do not have a tablet where we get their orders like other restaurant that have contract/agreement with them. Your order goes to Doordash’ s system and someone from somewhere in the country calls us to place the order. They do not identify themselves as being from Doordash, they only tell us the customer’s name what the order is.
Pay attention when ordering with Doordash, when they call us, they only order the meats, no sides. Also, what you get charged from Doordash is not what we charge, our receipt will be inside the bag with your food.
If you have a problem with a Doordash order please contact their customer service directly, before calling us. The phone number on your order is your drivers’ number he will not be able to resolve the situation you need to call customer service.
