This bathroom was only 10 yrs old. The plumbing was on the outside wall - often freezing & leaking. The shower pan was defective & leaked. We tore everything out, relocated plumbing, installed a new shower pan, re-tiled walls, reinstalled things, and painted. Just like new again!
We just finished giving this home a facelift. We removed stone at the bottom of the house. We applied new stucco where needed. Did some repairs. Painted the entire house. Installed a new entry and storm door. And also installed a handrail for the steps. Another happy customer!
We just completed a small roof deck project. Here we replaced all of the existing cedar wood with Trex. This meant rebuilding the wall & steps around the hot tub, rebuilding a planter box, and rebuilding the bench seating. The results speak for themselves. Another happy customer!

Out with the Ikea shelves and in with the custom built units. Add some shiplap paneling behind the TV. Wow! Nothing beats custom shelves over base cabinets. Everything was painted in a nice white color. Look at that fireplace stand out!

If you have a rooftop deck, then this is one item that should be on your to-do list! Pergolas are a great way to spice things up. The overhanging beams gives some shade. Add curtains or screens to give a little more privacy or keep out bugs. This homeowner couldn't be happier!
We just completed another basement project. What a difference. This wasn't a huge basement, but the new space is really cool and adds so much to the home. Lots of shelves and cabinets and even closets. We also installed a new laundry room. A very happy customer!
Need a roof repaired? We do that too. Our customer purchased a newer home. However, due to poor workmanship they had drainage issues. We installed new insulation board, re-pitched the new rubber roof, and made a new eaves box correctly tied into the drainage. Problem solved!
