Our founder and chef Ms. Rosana Munguia Martinez has spent the last decade refining a very popular family recipe for fresh home-cooked tamales. Over the years she has managed to keep the authentic flavor while making the original family recipe much healthier. Our tamales are now jumbo size and are still made using fresh corn husk, original molas, top-quality proteins, green chilies, and Monterey cheese. All are also now!
