2. During extreme conditions a partially plugged filter that will keep your furnace from heating properly.
If you have a high efficient gas furnace that vents with plastic PVC pipe, be sure to check the intake and exhaust on the outside of your home. The intake will frost over. You may have to reach up inside the intake as this one normally points down. These are two very common service calls that we get. Save yourself some money. Please share!

Meet Marley and Zena! Zena is light brown and a little small. Marley is 4 years old and Zena is 3. They are true sisters, just from different litters only 1 year apart! They are Springer Spaniels and amazing family dogs. Breann said these pups are very loyal and cuddly puppies, and sometimes think they are lap dogs. They each have their own spot on the back of the couch, like cats. Zena is energetic and tends to get into more things at times, or finding birds near or other things near her parent's home. She loves to snuggle! Marley is a chill and laid back dog. She loves being by people and will jump up on her back legs to greet you. She loves to swim, go boating, and for leisure walks. She often carries around a stuffed animal or her little dog bed. Breann also mentioned they are amazing dogs and her family loves them so much!!

We’re looking for an exceptional warehouse manager to help us achieve our operating plan.
As a warehouse manager, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure that appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Ordering
· Vehicle management
· Warranties and returns
· Assist techs and internal office with tool request, stage on installs and parts
· Inventory
· Building maintenance & House keeping
· Coordinate deliveries to and from job sites
· Verify counts and prices on shipments
· Maintain computerized purchase order system
Expectations:
· Attend all assigned meetings and sales training
· Assist wherever a supervisor or team member may need help
· Be on time for work, make all appointments and maintain a positive attitude!
· Be a team player
· Conduct yourself with the highest level of integrity, honesty and ethics

Requirements:
· Good driving record
· Highly organized with exception follow-through abilities
· Highly motivated
· Experience working in operations

Compensation: Hourly base rate
Hours: 40 Hours a week with occasional overtime opportunities
Roughly 7:00 AM and end at 4:00 PM with an hour break.

Experienced HVAC Technician/Installer
Mr. Holland's Electric is seeking an Apprentice Electrician to assist our Master Electrician and/or run electrical calls on their own. You will learn to assess and repair electrical problems on commercial, industrial, or residential job sites. You will complete both hands-on projects on job sites.
Qualities we are seeking:
-Great communicator
-Good driving record
-Good attitude
-Residential electrical experience
Electrician Apprentice Requirements:
-A relevant license and certification
-Practical experience working with electrical systems and equipment
-Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
-A willingness to learn and work overtime when required
-A valid driver's license
-High school diploma or GED certificate
-Completion of electrician training program preferred
-Able to diagnose problems using electronic test equipment
-Eagerness to learn
