"I just wanted to let you and everyone at Mr. Plumber how impressed and grateful that I am that you were able to come and replace my sump pump after hours on May 28th. I made the call and the person that answered the phone was awesome – she was calm and nice and very helpful. She set my appointment for about 7:00 pm. I got a call from Tyson at about 6:50 and he said he was on his way – showed up right at 7:00 pm. He determined that my sump pump had a bad float switch and promptly replaced the entire pump. He was nice and professional and did a great job!
I work in the plumbing industry and have to say it can be difficult to find such companies as Mr. Plumber. I give you all a 10 out of 10!!!!"

Prevent unwanted kitchen sink drain clogs this Thanksgiving by properly utilizing your garbage disposal. Here are a few items to avoid putting down your drains.
Coffee grounds.
Grease.
Starches - Rice, pasta, potatoes, etc.

- Verify garden hoses are disconnected and outside spigots are shut off.
- Leave faucets dripping when they are not in use.
- Open kitchen/vanity cabinet doors to help circulate warm air to plumbing.
- Maintain temperatures in the garage if plumbing is present.
