Morgan Properties is proud to have partnered with Move for Hunger, a non-profit organization that supports relocations businesses to fight hunger and reduce food waste. The concept began when Move for Hunger’s founder worked in the moving service industry and realized how much food was left behind or simply thrown away when people moved. Move for Hunger provides people with the opportunity to donate their food when they move, eliminating food waste during the relocation process. With a core value at Morgan Properties of giving back to the communities in which we operate, we felt this partnership was a great fit for us and hope you will join us in this fight to end hunger.
Your part is easy! We will deliver a bag to you about two weeks prior to your move out and should you have any donation items, please pack them in the bag as you are packing the rest of your belongings. You can either bring the bag to the leasing office when you drop off your keys at move out, or simply leave in your apartment and our service team will pick it up when you move out.
