This cool Monday calls for Chicken Chipotle Pasta. Pan-Seared Chicken Breast, Chipotle Cream Sauce, Sautéed Mushroom and Red Onion over House Made Campanelle Pasta and topped with Feta. A Chipotle is a smoked Jalapeño Chile, so the sauce is a little picante, pero no mucho.
