Customer complaint was no water. Diagnostic tests showed good voltage, and amps, however pump was not pushing water. Pump was pulled and found a corroded pump end casing. Pump was changed and customer had their water restored.
Customers complaint was that she thought her pump was running frequently, she was correct. Her pump was running frequently due to her pressure tank being completely waterlogged. With a waterlogged tank, your well pump will cycle rapidly, or you'll experience water pressure issues. This can cause pump damage leading to a more costly repair. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, please call us today at (517) 764-1135 to schedule your appointment.

Last week this customer reached out to us concerned about his water pressure. We determined that his Challenger tank became waterlogged. That tank was within its warranty period from the manufacturer and he decided to go with the same size but upgrade to a Well-Rite, which offers the stainless steel elbow.
