Knowing the entire process of building from the ground up is the key ingredient to success in my projects. With knowledge gained from hands on experience, I personally supervise and handle the whole project as if it were my own home.
I have worked with many architects and designers over the years and have been involved in some very unique projects. I have also worked with many engineers to build structurally sound and economically efficient foundations and buildings, as well as building inspectors throughout the inspection process.
I will always build to uniform building code standards even if no inspection is required. With the numerous home projects I have completed, I have yet to build the same house twice. Homebuilding has been a lifelong trade in his family for three generations. Mike has worked in the building industry for over 35 years starting as a young boy working for his father. Mike is multi-talented and takes pride in his creative, high quality workmanship. He enjoys challenging work and is very knowledgeable concerning all phases of construction. Over the years he has built commercial buildings and residential, specializing in unique and complicated designs of custom homes, room additions and remodels. Some of the projects have been located in out of the way places. He is fully experienced with site placement and various types of concrete foundation work including basement, slab, as well as pier and beam. Mike has hands on experience in all phases of home construction, and will work hard to give personal attention to every detail during the construction of your project.
