With many home yet due to the Coronavirus Pandemic -- some exercises/ stretches to ease some muscle/ligament/tendon tightness that can happen from lengthy times of sitting. Start with ease and respect of your tissues, starting gently and slowly. A little stretch at a time. If you have difficulty balancing and standing -- be creative and do some of these while sitting in a chair -- or if you can navigate and get up from the floor -- you can do some of these on the floor.
