A while back I introduced you to a wonderful woman named Mary Taylor. Mary Taylor is a unique situation. Her motto is "demystifying European wines". What Mary Taylor has done is teamed up outstanding winemakers from all over Europe to create these excellent wines and then import them to the United States.
90% of Bordeaux wine is "Vin Rouge" but there are some absolutely amazing wines of the white variety. This particular gem is made by a gentlemen named Jean Marc Barthez and is a beauty of a wine is made from 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Semillon.
