N. 0 Osteria is a concept inspired by Roberto Costa’s 30 years of experience focusing on authentic quality produce and the southern regions of Italy such Sicily, Calabria, and Puglia.
These regions are known for their Italian take on Mediterranean cuisine, emphasizing the simplicity of fresh ingredients and quality produce.
Upon entering Osteria N.0, guests will find a display of fresh fish, all made to order. Signature dishes are Gnocchi with ‘nduja and ricotta cheese, but with a little trick as the nduja is not on top, but in the dough of the gnocco. Filled mackerel, another typical dish from southern Italy, gnocchetti with cozze ragù and broccoli, octopus tentacle with broccoli sautéed with garlic and sourdough bread, like the real Apulia’s recipe.
