Nabers Stone is a commercial construction company specializing in exterior rain screens and wall cladding facades. We work with many different materials Nichiha Fiber Cements Panels, TerraCore Stone Panels, Neolith Porcelain Panels, Viroc Fiber Panels, Trespa, SwisssPearl, Pure Plus Freeform, ACM Panels and Kingspan Panels.
We have a fantastic opportunity for on-site installers (experienced) and laborers to join the team, this role is pivotal to our ongoing success. For more information on our company please visit https://nabersstone.com/
Applicants must be motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines, without any compromise on quality.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Tasks & responsibilities
•To install the cladding materials specified for the project in accordance with the shop drawings supplied. This includes site set out and installing the necessary sub frame which supports the primary cladding material for the project. Working as a team alongside fellow employees and fostering a positive and productive work attitude and always adhering to safe construction site work practices.
•Installation of solid aluminum, Composite, Metal facades
•Assist removal and installation of façade cladding (Offsider)
•Work at height from EWP “Elevated Work Platform”, Man Lifts, swing stage or scaffold
•Cladding Experience - At least three years' experience in carpentry or similar trade with demonstrated skills and abilities in the cladding industry. Formal carpentry or similar trade qualifications desirable but not essential.
•Laborer Experience
•Ability to read and work from Architectural Drawings and Shop Drawings
•Excellent attention to detail
•Excellent people management skills
•Strong organization, delegation and follow up skills
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Good time management
Qualifications
Façade Cladding installer must have Cladding Experience - At least three years' experience in carpentry or similar trade with demonstrated skills and abilities in the cladding industry. Formal carpentry or similar trade qualifications desirable but not essential.
