We personally call, not e-mail, a minimum of 3 work references. This is a far more thorough approach than the on-line recordings of references. How can you really know about a candidate by asking only 10 questions? The “recorded” reference used by on-line services could be a relative or even the candidate themselves? By speaking to the parents, we can hear the enthusiasm or hesitation in each family’s voice.

We specifically order each background check based on the counties that the candidate has lived and worked. Researchers are paid by Nannies On The Go to physically search through county records. Unlike many online services, the search is deep and not simply an instant computerized document. Included is also a national criminal search, National Se_ Offender search, as well as Social Security traces that identify if the Nanny is legally allowed to work. We will also include Driving Records with all Nanny Candidates.
