To our family and friends in Louisville, Here at Nanz & Kraft Florists, we would like to extend our deepest apologies for the error made this Tuesday. Leading up to peaceful protest we set zip codes block-outs for our city center. Unfortunately, it was made evident to us that this blocked out a large portion of the traditionally black neighborhoods in Louisville that were not going to be affected. It was not our intention to give the impression that we do not support or appreciate any part of our Louisville community—especially since here at Nanz & Kraft Florists, Black Lives Matter. Being committed to our customers, we have worked hard with our software company to account for this error and have resumed delivery to all areas not affected. We’ve used this as a moment to reevaluate how best to handle instances like this in the future and how to communicate our intentions more clearly. Again, we are truly sorry for the miscommunication that has occurred, and we will do better as a business. We appreciate the members of our community who quickly let us know this oversight and we hope all of you will accept our deepest apologies. As we move forward we hope to regain your trust.
