At NPA, we preach & practice the saying that "You are only as strong as your weakest link." We apply that to each individual athlete in our program. Having the correct balance of the components mentioned above is the only way to achieve your optimal performance level as an athlete. Our training philosophy is one that is constantly evolving as the study of human development and performance continues to evolve, so will NPA. Our philosophy is one that has brought success to over 85 division 1 athletes over the past few years. It is not a "one size fits all" program, but rather based on a sports specific view. Our training encompasses all of the necessary components that are needed to gain an edge on your competition. NPA is still dedicated to the vast improvement of all the components listed above, but we are focused on producing premium athletes who stay injury free.
Bootcamps times are:
Monday & Wednesday at 6 pm
Tuesday & Thursday at 6am, 10am & 7pm
Saturday at 6am & 10am
