Flora Ekpe-Idang October 5 at 2:46 AM · A campaign I’ve been working on for months at Target that’s honestly taken years to come to this level of fruition. A message, approach and execution constructed alongside a phenomenal team of passionate modern marketers. An unapologetic love letter to the Black community that puts us right front and center and celebrates the spectrum of our Blackness. We are Black Beyond Measure. I am Black Beyond Measure. This is just the beginning. 🙌🏾 https://www.target.com/c/black-beyond-measure/-/N-4utaz?ref=sr_shorturl_blackbeyondmeasure

Aarons Group LLC November 3 at 1:59 AM · Across the United States and around the world, there are many people invested deeply in the outcome of the presidential election. Regardless of the outcome, you should prepare yourself for the week ahead: - People will be unfocused and unresponsive. - Tempers will flare up. - Emotions will run high. This is a hard week to bring your whole self to work. This is a reminder to be kind to yourself and to others. This week is an opportunity to lead from wherever you are. #leadership #diversityandinclusion #election2020
