Winter weather is here! ❄️
Do you find yourself spending more time inside curling up on the couch instead of getting active outside? We've all been there, but this can lead to stiffness, fatigue and difficulty accomplishing daily tasks.
Check out these tips that can help you stay active during the winter months! 🏃♀️
1. Plan your daily activity/exercise routine and decide when to get up and get moving.
2. Get up from your chair every 20 minutes and take a quick lap around your house or office.
3. Walk or exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. Try going for a walk during your lunch break because that's when it's warmest outside.
4. Drink plenty of water!
5. Stretch your legs, hips, spine and neck daily for 10 minutes. Make this apart of your morning or bedtime routine!
6. Do strengthening exercises 2-3 times a week. You can try weight training, a workout video or yoga.

December is here!
All month long we are giving an automatic discount to our patients. All chiropractic visits (for current patients) will be $34! That's a savings of $16 each visit.
(Of course there are a few restrictions: only applies to current chiropractic patients, doesn't apply for Medicare visits, auto wreck cases, HSR's, WAVi's, massages)
NO, it is NOT normal. We can help.
