Natureview Landscaping is Hiring for a Full Time Crew Lead Position!
We are looking for an individual who would like to join our team and start a career in the landscape business. We offer a competitive salary based on experience, company paid continuing education, training and insurance along with an investment matching program. This candidate must be motivated and have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. At least two years landscape experience is required and must be able to work in various weather conditions. The individual must be able to supervise all field work that pertains to hardscape and softscape installation and be able to manage others successfully. The Crew Lead is responsible for overall site safety, project set up, quality of installation and completion of projects in a timely manner. Individual must have a CDL driver's license and clean driving record. Snow removal experience is preferred but not required.
