Mr. Graham has participated in several million dollar ($1,000,000) verdicts/settlements including tractor trailer litigation, workers’ compensation, construction accidents and medical malpractice. Having personal experience with family in nursing homes, Mr. Graham also specializes in nursing home litigation and has a passion for this type of case. With access to numerous experts ranging from former nursing home managers, doctors and nurses, he stands ready to quickly evaluate and prosecute claims of mistreatment and “accidents” which occur in nursing homes and hospitals.

Admitted to practice law in magistrate, state and superior courts in Georgia since 1986, Mr. Graham also has a parent privilege in the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the United States District Court (multiple districts) and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, where he has argued in precedented cases in many areas of the law.
