Happy Election Day. Today is the day we contribute to American Democracy and make our voices heard! At Necco, We Build Futures, as in future productive citizens, and citizens participate in the political process. Not only have we helped register hundreds of young adults to vote, but we’ve helped get them educated as to civic participation’s importance and value. As they head to the polls, our young adults know that to build their future, their vote matters.
Necco would like to thank Dr. George Davis of Marshall University’s Political Science Department for graciously volunteering to host two virtual Voter Education sessions that afforded over one hundred young adults and staff the opportunity to learn, ask questions, and discuss the importance of voting. We would also like to thank ourvotematters.net for partnering with us on the registration drive.
