About Neeley’s Towing and Recovery
Neeley’s Towing and Recovery began in 1976 with one location, one tow truck and the goal of providing quality towing and recovery services while being customer service oriented and informative. We’ve found that new clients don’t usually know what to expect when they need a tow or recovery job. Our knowledgeable, professionally trained staff takes time to explain how and why we tow certain vehicles in specific ways to ensure that each vehicle gets the protection it deserves.
The family has used our entrepreneurial spirit to foster substantial growth in clientele as well as services. After 35 years and two generations of sweat equity, Neeley’s Towing and Recovery has built a staff of more than 20 professionally trained operators. We’ve also outfitted ourselves with the most technologically advanced equipment in the industry and are bonded and insured for any job.
Our reputation and rapid response time has earned more than the confidence of our clients, which include local and state police. We are also a trusted vendor for Peterbilt, Freightliner, and Mack dealers. On the light duty side, we are proud to be the preferred towing company for Chevrolet, Honda, Toyota, GMC and Cadillac. Today, Neeley’s Towing and Recovery handles between 150-200 jobs per week, steadily making us the largest and most reputable towing and recovery service in 4-states area.

Towing
Neeley’s Towing and Recovery has a 24 hour dispatch staff which is trained to assess the situation and assign the appropriate vehicle to come to your aid. Our courteous and knowledgeable towing staff provides you with a detailed explanation of the services required. For your safety and convenience, we also offer 24 hour emergency road service. Whether you’ve got a large fleet of tractor trailers or your own personal vehicle we can assist you with on site minor engine repair, flat tires, dead batteries, or even if you just locked your keys in your car, you will never be stranded.
Recovery
Our operators are regularly updated on all of the newest techniques and equipment training. As complex as recovery has become, our staff has all of the knowledge and equipment needed to alleviate your concerns and effectively handle the task at hand.
The superior recovery equipment that we offer makes us the only company within a 100 mile radius to offer air cushion recovery. Air Cushion recovery is the use of air pressure and cushions to up-right overturned vehicles. This means we can upright your tractor-trailer without exposing your load, up to 80,000lbs! By distributing the force of lifting over a large surface area, the vehicle sustains little or no residual damage, keeping repair costs down. Our air cushion recovery experience can also save your cargo from further damage.
We can also provide multiple forklifts, skid steers, and front end loaders to assist in any offload or load shift. Our Mat Jacks are the perfect solution for difficult interior load shifts.
Transportation
