COVID-19 UPDATE...We continue to staff our office during normal hours, but we are not holding in-person appointments. Like you our highest priority is the safety of everyone during the peak of this virus outbreak. We do have good news....ALLSTATE has announced that all personal auto policies will receive a 15% payback at the end of April and May due to the lower accident rates with reduced traffic as we work from home. You do not have to do anything....the payback will be credited back to your payment account or as a credit to your policy. We also recognize that many of us are spending more time online, and we now offer free identity protection for the balance of 2020. You do need to sign into your mobile app or you My Account to elect this option. Call us at 757-595-9091 if you need anything. Good news is always welcome, and like you, we look forward to safely see this virus outbreak pass.
