Live bearers are fish that bear live young rather than lay eggs. These species tend to breed rather easily, producing large numbers of young. Excellent fish in this category include swordtails, platys, black mollies, and guppies.
Snakes are relatively easy to clean up after compared to most pets. Because their diet consists of mean, they do have fecal droppings, but lining the tank with newspaper will help keep the terrarium tidy. You should keep a bowl of clean fresh water available, so your snake can have a drink and bathe whenever it wishes.
